The E3 Pro system allows automated account loads without time consuming data entry. Accounts can be screened and evaluated when loaded so that only accounts that meet contracted specifications are worked and assigned the proper work flow.

E3 Pro allows accounts to have letters mailed the same working day they are received from the client. All active accounts are electronically submitted for eligibility verification with TMHP on a daily basis. The system will populate the work queues for the appropriate collector either by financial class, balance, age, type, or insurance code.

Accounts are designed to automatically be directed to the collectors work queue at a minimum of every thirty days for follow up. Once the collector has worked the account, they are able to set a time or date when they are to be received back in their work queues.
